Shipping Information

possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of
purchase. Please note that large orders or items that require special handling may call
for extra lead time. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will notify
you promptly to provide an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs, all
handled through FedEx:
FedEx Priority: Choose our Priority shipping option, and your order will arrive on
your doorstep the next business day.
FedEx 2-Day: We offer International Economy shipping, which delivers your order
in just 2 business days.
FedEx Ground: If you prefer a more cost-effective option, our Ground shipping
method delivers your order within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will vary depending on the shipping method you
choose, destination of your order, and total weight of your order. You can view shipping
costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Locations: We ship our products to addresses within the United States
and Canada. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions based on
their nature or destination.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is
shipped. This will allow you to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are
not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Here's how our returns process works:
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Authorization: Before sending back your item, please contact our

(RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the
return is a result of our error or a defective product.
Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to
ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, you will have the option to
receive a refund or exchange the item for another of equal value. Refunds will be
processed within 3-10 business days depending on payment method, and the funds will
be credited back to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our

the item or getting a replacement at no extra cost to you.
